How PAXI Works

1. When we ship your order at a PAXI outlet, you get a "postage" SMS, notifying you that your order has been posted & is on its way. We use the PAXI pickup point you specify as part of the checkout process.
   This SMS also include a tracking number that you can use to track your order on the PAXI tracking site. We also send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
   A collection pin of 0000 is used for all of our orders.
   
   
2. After 7 to 9 days, your parcel arrives at your chosen PAXI pickup point. You will then get another SMS notifying you that your parcel has arrived. You will then need to go to your chosen point for pickup.
3. You need to bring your identity document, your phone (with your tracking number) & the collection pin (0000) to the sales counter in your pick up point.
4. A PEP staff member will retrieve your parcel & scan it to confirm collection. You will receive another SMS confirming collection.
5. The process is complete. You can now open your parcel & use your Mpesu as instructed.
