What Is Mpesu?

Mpesu is a South African term used to refer to traditional herbs & tonics that improve the sexual health & performance of men.

The term has its origins in Limpopo, among xhiVenda speakers who have popularised the term throughout South Africa.

Among Nguni tribes who speak isiZulu, isiXhosa, siNdebele or siSwati, the term "imbiza" may be considered the alternative word meaning Mpesu.

Mpesu users have reported improvements in:

1. Their sexual stamina (have longer lasting rounds).
2. Their overall sexual performance (stronger erections).

Mpesu is available in the following forms:

• In our experience, liquid Mpesu (made with ingredients that are ground, boiled & cooled) are more potent & remain active for longer.
• This may be because ground ingredients might not be readily absorbed into the body & may quickly pass through the body because the body is not able to break down the ingredients.
• During boiling, liquid Mpesu ingredients are able to break down at high temperature & dissolve into the tonic. Liquids are also easily absorbed into the body, this helps improve the potency of ingredients.

How Does Mpesu Work?

In order to get an erection, muscle tissue in the penis must get filled with blood coming from blood vessels that surround the penis. This muscle tissue is called the Corpus Cavernosum (see Anatomy of the Penis image above).

As this muscle tissue gets filled with blood, the penis will expand in width & grow in length. In order to maintain an erect penis, this blood must be retained within this muscle tissue. Once the blood begins to leave this muscle tissue, the penis will decrease in size.
